I like the Judge/Moseley set up, I think more can be made of that, particularly as Judge's are notoriously kinky pervs themselves.
The bingo reference only served as a distraction for me; either cut it or refer back to it with a new punch.
42 days has no place in this sketch IMO.
I was thinking of a hated change to the law, best I could do.
What with your recent love to put pirates in your sketches I'm surprised that you haven't written a skit where Moseley is getting lashes on board a pirate ship?
Pirates are wanderful, I wouldn't taint them with that nasty man.
