Thought I'd celebrate sending of my first script (finally got my 'Cyberworld' stuff fixed up) by doing a sketch, so here's the result:
INT. DIARY ROOM BIG BROTHER HOUSE
A GOOD-LOOKING GIRL (REBECCA) IS SITTING IN THE DIARY ROOM TALKING TO BIG BROTHR.
REBECCA
Hi Big Brother.
BIG BROTHER
Hello Rebecca. Do you know why I called you to the Diary Room?
REBECCA
No.
BIG BROTHER
Well you see Rebecca, I’ve been watching you around the house a lot recently and well, there’s no easy way, so I’ll just come right out and say it. I think I might be falling in love with you.
REBECCA
Sorry?
BIG BROTHER
Look I know the idea of you loving a computerised house such as myself might not appeal to you, but it's fair to say you’ll not know unless we at least give it a try.
REBECCA
Okay, you’re starting to freak me out now.
BIG BROTHER
So really, I guess what I’m trying to say is… will you marry me?
REBECCA
Okay, that’s it I’m leaving!
WE HEAR THE SOUND OF THE DOOR LOCKING
BIG BROTHER
But you can’t leave. We were meant to be together... Forever!
REBECCA SCREAMS
BIG BROTHER
Sounds like someone could use a hug.
THE WALLS OF THE ROOM START CLOSING IN ON REBECCA.
