Yah that evil man sitting there staring blankly into space, having no idea what's going on it angers people greatly. Is it fixed? We have George Bush visiting our was works and he wanted to have his picture taken next to it.
OTTO

Berlin Madame Tussauds have a wax statue of Hitler, it's been beheaded.
Okay, that helps. And is the George Bush reference just random? And the pay off - someone has beheaded George Bush, right? But that is just a wild stab on my part...
I just read that news story, so I knew what it was about! For once. 
But I still don't get the ending.
Is this another one you've cut right down and taken out all the bits that woud have helped me understand?
Nah I was looking for a leap that was a little to far.
The idea being that George Bush, is as blank and evil as a wax work of Hitler and as likely to be accidentally beheaded.
Will work on it.
