I read it as similar to Garth Marenghi, in that it's supposed to be wooden and not like a real life thing. In that sense, it worked great.
The prefect pay off for this would have been if Simon had had the shit kicked out of him by a random stranger. In fact I might have clapped.

This is hilarious. I especially loved the bit where he tells barbara to work on the street corner selling herself lol classic. The show reminds me of Peep show and the inbetweeners because it is crude in places. This is a very original Idea I believe but maybe the other main characters at the petrol station need to be involved more as with some of the characters we don't even know what they are like etc. but overal I would give it a 7 maybe an 8 outta 10. Have to say I loved the bit about Jordon's breast I really did not see that joke coming it was unpredictably funny!!!

I don't have any real problem with this, beyond it being bog-standard, but I didn't realise we were allowed to steal the main premise of peep-show (which they in turn stole form annie hall) quite so blatantly? It makes comedy, indeed all writing, a lot f88king easier if you can tell rather than showing.

No no, I didn't mean it as exactly like Garth Marenghi....just with deliberate bad lines and acting, those parts of GMDP.
