British Comedy Guide

Best comedy film ever? Page 7

Withnail's one of those films that you're meant to like if you know anything about comedy, but I just find it irritating.

And Andie McDowell always looks like she's a bit whiify in the pant dept for me. No idea why, I just imagine she is.

Plan 9 From Outer Space

Haha! I've got that on DVD. So bad it's good...

Muriel's Wedding anybody?

Great film - but very sad in places too.

That is one of the greatest statements I've ever read! :D

Life of Brian 'pretty good', AirPlane not good, Some Like it Hot 'a classic', you need to get a grip and a funny bone.

Chill out, dude. I guess we're just generations apart! The only bit I remember from Airplane is the bit where the plane comes through the window. Can't see the funny side in that anymore!

Arthur, British?

My mistake lumping it in with the Brit flics. Fell off the seat and split me jeans when I went to see it at the cinema. Pity about the sequel, though.
