The Zombies

INT. HOUSE / LIVING ROOM

In an armchair is sat a Male ZOMBIE he is reading a newspaper.

Into the room walks his WIFE, also a zombie. Throughout the exchange bits are falling of them.

WIFE
Have you seen Timmy’s school report?

HUSBAND
Yes I have.

WIFE
Well it’s not the best is it?

HUSBAND
No, but he has had a hard time of it lately what with his Grandfather dying and coming back to life and all.

WIFE
Yes I know that, but he’s seroiusly going off the rails lately. We had the drug problem last week, the alchol problem the week before that, and his being banned from the youth club because of yobbish behavior.

HUSBAND
Yes I know dear, but no-one ever said it would be easy raising the dead.

a-boom-tish!

How about ending this with a spinning bow tie? That slices off the zombie's head?

an option

There a good skit in there, but it's too long. Maybe make it an adoption, Angeline Jolie/Madonna adoption skit?

long?

Yes, if the punchline is that simple, you either need to be snappier, or have funnier banter on the way. In my view, skits are like pieces of string, their length is relative.

That's the problem I think. It's a one panel cartoon.

it is an old one i dug up. cheers for input anyway.
