Aaron is the crowned prince of that.

But at least you know when he's doing it.

He opens his mouth.

how come?

Out of his cock, I'd expect.

Are those sort of responses what you're getting tired of, Alan?!

Back to the subject, I wouldn't find it funny if it was older kids doing it. But kids that age won't be able to appreciate the scale of the events that occurred. I'd be a bit embarrassed personally if I played such a game when I was younger though. But having said that, I do find the inappropriate-ness of it pretty funny. But for allowing it to happen in front of Nuns you're definitely going to Hell ;)

Oh I don't mind rampant opinionated nonsense. i just like it with the chocolate coating of humour, not the excrement coating of perversity.

Watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit, you can do anything when it's funny.

Except Walker Texas Ranger.

Also unimaginative little shits, you'd think they'd make fun of Nuns, and French things etc.

Maybe play Polar Bears, and Penguins, and eat one of the Nuns?

I've just noticed, 9 comments were made on this thread, between 6:40 and 6:42 - that's got to be a record, hasn't it?

A record slow for this time of day, maybe!

When subjects which inflame hatred and conflict become reduced to a meaningless kids game isn't that a good thing?

Well said.

Well Martin Luther King would agree with you.

The problem is these things, end, and start as kids games.

All quite interesting. I teach kids around that age. I doubt if playing the game will even register on their consciousness if they indeed have any. So right to not make a big fuss of it. Then it would be something they would inevitably want to carry on ad finitum rather than letting die of natural causes.

As for opinions. I don't find it offensive but I'm neither a Nazi or Jewish though a combination of both would be interesting. We've covered this ground before. The closer you are to something, usually (but not exclusively) you will not find it as funny or even mildly amusing as someone who isn't.

Nuff said. I'm going for a lie down now and then maybe a game of Chinese soldiers v Buddhist monks. How we'll laugh.

Oh I find Holocaust funny, with the proviso that it needs to be good, as with all humour.

I went to a very provincial school, where I was the only ethnic minority ( ok 3 other jews, a Mormon, and a Jehovis Witness).

It gave me the creeps, how in a vacum these kind of attitudes can grow, and grow. Maybe the kids grew out of it? But I don't think in all cases.

Sorry to back-track, but 'The Night of the Long Knives' is a misleading title as it actually happened over a weekend. Yes Hitler eliminated threats that weekend, the big and most surprising murder being that of Ernst Rohm, the head of the SA.
Von Schleer, a fierce critic of Hitler also was executed that weekend.

So the SS were getting overtime.

We can kill 'em all in a night, but if we save some for the weekend, we can get TOIL, and time and a half.

Would have worked, but a few months before 'The Night of the Long Knives' Hitler banned Trade Unions and threw all Trade Unionists in prison.

Aaron would approve.

See, he wasn't all bad.
