THEY ALL HAVE SIGNS AROUND THEIR NECKS, SAYING "COLLABORATOR"
OR "NAZI LOVER"
ONE BY ONE THEY ARE LEAD OFF AND HAVE THEIR HEADS SHAVED. THE LAST ONE IS CLEARLY A MAN IN DRAG.
AFTER HIS HEAD IS SHAVED, HE SNEAKS OFF AND PULLS OUT A LIST,
ON IT SAYS "THINGS TO DO, GET FREE HAIRCUT"
HE CROSSES IT OFF, AND CLIMBS INTO A TARDIS.

I like the idea but I'm not entirely sure why he's in drag.

Well yes, I just couldn't quite see why. Surely just a 'collaborator' sign would do the trick? This might be some very specific historical reference I missed out on. Nothing wrong with that, I was just wondering.
I like the concept, I think this could be a runner with the Doctor time travelling to tick of his things to do list.......but like Afinkawan I was left a bit confused by the set up.
Will clarify, and yes he's supposed to be a prostitute, will edit.
