Found a picture of the (front of the) building. It's more than a little large though.

(And yeah, it was a proper balcony stretching around the full curved width of the floor-to-ceiling sash windows.)

I could, yes. And I would dearly love to live in the area again. It was splendid. Now you see what I mean when I talk about wanting to live in a proper Victorian townhouse! One day, one day...
