INT. THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE - DAY

The housemates are all sat around the table eating.

MARIO

Dennis, are you comming to have some of this?

Dennis is huddled up in a ball in the corner with a tin foil hat on rocking slightly.

DENNIS

Don't eat the food! It's exactly what they want you to do!

MARIO

Are you still going on about that nonsense

BIG BROTHER

This is big brother. Could Dennis please come to the diary room

Dennis wearily gets up, his arms wrapped around himself and constantly looking around like he is paranoid. He walks through a door.

BIG BROTHER

This is big brother. Unfortunaly, Dennis has had a horrible accident and can no longer take part in the show

This skit implies tkaing the show seriously.

That concerns me.

Maybe it's just me because I really don't like Big Brother, but I wouldn't have used actually characters from the show for the sketch and would have created my own, maybe have Dennis as some really obese guy to add to the irony of him not eating.

Though I liked the idea, nice work.

Well the thing with this one is that Dennis is paranoid and keeps thinking everything is a task. He won a prize picnic and didn't eat any of it because he thought it was a task.

This is why I try and avoid writing topical stuff. You have to know what it's about to get it. And they have a sell-by date.

Big Brother contestants is a bit niche, unless you want to try sending it E4.

A rule of thumb for me, is if it makes the first 3 pages of the news paper, and the first 3 pages of the foreign section.

Oh right, well as I said don't watch Big Brother, but I can definately see how that one would work well if that's what he's like.
