I'm trying to find out the names of some kids TV shows I watched as a nipper in the mid 80's. Here's the information I have on them:
1.
It starred a puppet dog.
I'm sure he used to wear a smoking jacket.
He was almost always sat at an easel drawing cartoons - that was his profession.
2.
It was a cartoon. Maybe just black and white.
It starred a cat and a dog - they were pets who lived in the same house.
Each episode revolved around one of them describing their latest dream to the other.
I remember it being called 'Dog and Cat', but IMDB draws a blank on that one. I may well have just called it 'Dog and Cat' as I was a retarded child who used to gnaw on the edges of his books.
