The worst advert in the world? Page 2

Surely it's any advert featuring Howard from the Halifax ??

Yes, yes, and thrice yes - the Howard Halifax adverts have got to be the most irritating adverts on TV. Can someone please tell the hotshot advertising execs that people who work in banks have no talent whatsoever, that's why they work in banks, and that it's not funny and/or amusing in the slightest.

I hate them.

Too much? No, I don't think so.

Yes and how will they pay these talentless members of staff when they are no longer able to charge £35 for going 20p over your overdraft limit?

I liked the zit advert. Excellent. Far better than the one from any loan company but especially the one where the wife's filming him and he's throwing the ball in the air and it's so fuuuuuuuuuuuuuucking awful I want to scratch my eyes out and play ping pong with them. Oh and he says '£20 000 please' as if it's a walk in the park. Arrrrrrrrrgh. That's better.

When was there a good one that you enjoyed and watched an annoying show to just to hear it come on...

Erm... *scratches head*

We have a joke in my family that all the people from annoying adverts go to live in a special house because that kid from the "They're gonna taste great!" Frosties advert had to be put in some kind of protection centre. So, if like the Weight Watchers or a Halifax or something advert comes on, someone in the room tends to shout "Frosties House!" :$

Didn't he, erm, commit suicide? Or was I mis-informed al those years ago (Was it really just two?) Errr

I heard he did, too-but apparently not.

I did that when I first found out I knew someone in the new Subway advert, just so I could laugh at it. :$

Thats good. Just one question - Who'd you hear "not" from?

I don't remember-I think a newspaper dispelled it-as unreliable as they are-probably having started the idea.

I spent ages feeling sorry for that kid! They had an assembley on "the cruel reality of fame" even! Well, I guess it's good he faked his own death, not actually dying...

I might wiki it...

See-Radio 1 reported that he's in South Africa.

Haha! Classic! Edited by the Frosties kid himself no doubt!

Seriously the one I find most annoying is thatlittle boy arguing with his mum - "On!" "Off!" "On!" "Off!"

Why doesn't she just give him a kick up the arse?
