I've read that I think, or something similar at least, but I just can't do it! I'm not used to having to sell myself so end up with it seeming fabricated.

I was rubbish at it too. I really feel extremely uncomfortable talking about myself, particularly if in a positive manner. At the end of the day, everyone's will sound big-headed, conceited or vain to some extent. But the grades will back it up - just don't write "Yeah, I'm bloody amazing" outright!

Have you actually seen real tumbleweed? It's bloody brilliant!

I know! Where has everyone gone!?

Well I was out at the Mrs. graduation showcase thingy.

I'm quite tempted to take the whole thing satirically and just completely parody the whole thing in how I write it.

Sounds like a good idea. Especially if you're going for English! That'll show your masterful grip and understanding of our beautiful language. :)

But it'll either go horrible wrong, seeing as my grip and understanding are not at all masterful-or they might take it to heart!

I have not seen actual tumbleweed, no!

I sometimes think it's not even real, like quicksand.

Don't tell me that's real.

I've run into plenty of tumbleweed over the years. I once ran into a huge clump of it and it stayed attached to the front of my car until I had to stop to refuel 300 miles down the road.

As a child, I discovered a pool of quicksand when I was vacationing in Michigan. My father wouldn't let me push my brother into it. Angelic

You are living the dream!

I have not seen actual tumbleweed, no!

I have seen huge clumps rolling past abandoned mining towns in the American west. Immense!

I made a subtle joke today. Needless to say, I wrote it down and will laugh at it tonight.

Do tell!

It's suddenly gotten all empty again! :(
