I suggest that there is a compromise. If I'm in school it should rain, if it's the holidays it should be sunny. All evenings should be snowy to allow duvets to be utilised for the full purpose of snuggling.
It's more normal to hide from the sun than to seek it!

See, I used to say it should only rain at night, and be nice during the days-and my parents ridiculed me for being stupid-but I think it'd be good to be able to plan the weather!

No, it's the school days that should be sunny; many schools (and indeed offices, unis, etc.) have air conditioning.
My school is just broken-all of it. The heating's always on when it's warm, and off when it's cold!
Good point. You still sometimes have to venture on to public transport though.
