Not sure if this has been done before, but are there any nominees out there for best on-screen chemistry in a sitcom? Comic, sexual, or otherwise. Doesn't necessarily have to be part of a famous double act e.g. Del and Rodney.
I'd like to throw JD and Turk from Scrubs in there to kick things off...
