Just got around to reading these two. Obviously there's an idea thing here that may have been (subconsciously) picked up on, but I think if the two of you collaborate, you've got a great running sketch, especially as they're similarly-themed but not at all the same jokes.
I like the way David's done it as the beep going wrong, which means it would have to be a later sketch in the recursion, whereas SlagA's would be a great introduction to the character.
Would work well in Man Stroke Woman methinks, especially if a few more were written.
