I kind of like the idea but I'm not sure that just putting a wig on would make it obvious enough. Perhaps as a radio rather than visual sketch it would work as his voice changes to Thatcher's?

Wouldn't Thatcher take OFF a dark wig to reveal herself? A bloke that adds a woman's hair piece doesn't make you think that's a woman in disguise!
