Anyone had any recently cos yes, it really is comedy related.
I'm a bit full of myself at the moment having just beaten the second of the only two i've ever contested.
Comedy aspect is that a big percentage of decriminalised penalties can be successfully challenged simply because Councils can't write a legally compliant document, can't draw a simple compliant box on a road, forget to back up their actions by getting statutory permission first - the list goes on - but, more particularly, when they act badly in various situations.
Absolute muppets! Anyone got one?
