To celebrate our upcoming birthday in July (5 YEARS of Ten In A Bed, and 2 YEARS of New Writing Sunday) this month we’re doing something a little bit special. In addition to a fully rehearsed reading of ‘Sticks and Stones’ by Scott Taylor, we are going a bit ‘x-factor‘! You, the audience, will get to choose the next reading we put on at the JULY new writing sunday which is our birthday edition!
We will be doing mini-excerpts from 4 potential new pieces of writing – and then asking you to decide which one gets the full new writing sunday treatment. It’s all terribly exciting. So, come on down on Sunday and tell us what’s hot and what’s not from the 4 below:
Sticks and Stones by Scott Taylor
Set on London's Underground, Sticks and Stones charts the minor melodramas in the lives of four people. Pilates, ruined relationships, family tension, crisps and Argonauts rub shoulders in the group's labyrinthine and tangential conversations.
