GORDON BROWN IS TALKING TO THE HEAD OF PRISONS.

HEAD

Gordon you're budget cuts are destroying our prisons. They're full of drugs, prostitutes, and disciplinary violence. It's like Public School with less Latin. We've actually got people breaking in.

GORDON

I know great isn't it.

HEAD

What do you mean great?

GORDON

Well the police are too busy doing paperwork to arrest anyone, and the courts are blocked up with Al Fayed's spurious claims. So we just run the prisons so incompetently the criminals choose to break in.

HEAD

Thanks a bunch, I've got to go we just a 1000 rizlas glued together to make a giant rizla.

GORDON

So what?

HEAD

They're going to try and smoke Pete Docherty again.

Lose the rest of the sketch and rework this bit, its a brilliant punchline.

Thanks KJ, I think you're right. I may cut it in 2 send the prisoners breaking in thing to NR (after a tidy up), and the rest to Tilt.
