That's an ace idea, and very original I liked it, could picture it being filmed.
How ever a few thoughts. Trim the intro it's an idea that jumps off the page, you don't need to push it. Two explain less, show more, maybe an interview with the chav.
In this case it's an idea that works so well, it needs very little else doing to it.
Would highly recommend you turn this into a one page radio script, and send to Tilt. It seems to be the sort of thing they like.
