I wanted to listen to a specific album, and it was The World Is Yours, Brown's most recent LP.

Awesome!

I really liked his second and third solo albums.

F.E.A.R still sounds as good as it did 7 years ago.

The World Is Yours is his best work - really good.

FEAR is a modern masterpiece. Some of the best lyrics in any single since Morrissey at the peak of his powers.

Love Ian Brown and The Stone Roses too of course. Was lucky enough to see them live. Some of his solo stuff has been superb.

John Squire was on The Culture Show a while back, painting, having turned his back on music after The Seahorses.
