Always worth a look at the BBC Writers'Room. They're often asking for script submissions for some competition, forum or other. The latest is this:

Cool. Do you know if we can submit multiple scripts at all? I suppose you only know as much as I do really don't you?

I suppose you could submit under different pseudonyms..
