Quick question. I don't watch much in the way of TV and I was wondering if there's a particular station (other than Channel 5) notable for putting out truly dismal content. The more exploitative the better.
TV Dross
QVC
ITV.
BBC3
This is like a list of everyone's favourite robots.
It's not comedy (well you may argue otherwise if you see it) but the channel Zone Horror shows some of the best 'worst' movies that have ever been put on film. Some of them are so p*ss poor that you need to pinch yourself to ensure you are really sitting there watching such drivel.

This review for one such motion picture made me laugh like the proverbial:
BLOOD TIDE
James Earl Jones runs a business on a Greek island that recovers sunken artifacts [sic] in Blood Tide (1982). He unleashes an amphibious flesh-eating monster, and, naturally, everybody hates that.

So that's what heppened to James Earl jones!
The last line of that synopsis is way beyond awesome.
Excellent use of commas, I may well steal it.
Actually, apropos of nothing, this is one of the funniest things I have even seen:

Really lovely, with very simple, but brilliant, use of language.

A lot of the synopsis for Zone Horror are just like that. It is as though the reviewer is so bored that they simply can't be bothered. If you saw some of the films then you would see why.
If you really want to see some class rubbish here are some recommendations, but be warned - you may end up stabbing yourself in the eyes to end this visual punishment:-
Swamp Zombies, Bone Sickness, Raiders of the Damned, Redneck Zombies

The good thing about those channels I've noticed though, it that they say whether it's a day-time edit or not, the fact that they have different edits is great - are you listening Paramount! *shakes head*
I rented Redneck Zombies on vhs back in the 80s and turned it off after 15 mins because it was so bad. I think we're talking Troma Films aren't we. Oh dear.

You managed a whole 15 mins? Impressive.

Day-time edit, sounds like a whole load of "hairy, bobbing man-ass", as Mr William Hicks once put it.
Okay, I've got the info I was out for. Time to start a shitty horror thread...
