Oops, steady on folks, Aaron might not like the txt speak.
Russell Brand - Genius or twat? Page 3
This sounds like my kind of thread.
TWAT
And he has thighs like a woman.
Can't even be bothered to read the possible pro/con replies . . . .
an unadulterated, mark one, grade A, TWAT (and that's being kind !)

That bit is very true.
Quote: Bad dog @ May 10 2009, 6:11 PM BSTFor people who use text speak, no capital letters and no punctuation he's a genius. For the rest of us, he's a twat.
Despite making a few crude jokes hes actually a very clever comedian, his references come from all areas and a lot of his stuff is really intellectual so don't agree with that.
I think he is one of few geniuses in comedy at the moment along with Gervais.
Highly-intelligent, quick-witted and erudite. Also can be a twat.
I imagine that's what his school report said.
My main complaint about Brand is that he talks about himself too much, but otherwise, he's obviously very funny. Actually, I've found that he's one of the few modern comedians that my mum really likes (when he's on Big Mouth and Ponderland).
I can't believe I was posting threads over two years ago on this site.
As for Brand, I didn't mind him so much back then, but I find him increasingly annoying nowadays.
Twat.

You're not the first person...oh, you're talking about Brand.
Genius or twat? Can't really answer that, but one thing I can tell you is that I find him very very funny.
Not seen much of him, but from the little I have been exposed to I found the material weak, and the delivery very quickly became tiresome, so more to the twat end of the scale I would say.
That possibly says more about the site than about me...
Some people on here seem to be mistaking unfunny for twat. Just because someone doesn't make you laugh, doesn't mean they are a twat.
Yes, I don't think that 'Genius or Twat' would make a good TV show.
Unless they discussed people like Einstein and David Van Day each week.
There must be some middle ground somewhere
For the record I like Russell Brand, and find him quite funny.
Enjoyed Ponderland & used to really enjoy his radio show as well.
Why did he have to quit that again ?
Oh yeah for being a Twat.
