So did anyone watch the documentary last night?
She did seem a very talented woman who really took an interest in her projects - some of the best sitcoms and comedy dramas of the last 30 years.
A sad loss.

Yes, but I don't think it was a very good example of a documentary. It seemed to run through her tv credits, without delving too deeply, almost like a checklist. Did this, then that, etc. To this day I don't think anyone really knows anything about her other than what she produced.
I met her once when I was starting out. She was a lovely woman. And she had an enormous dog! She was always very encouraging and one of her colleagues, also sadly no longer with us, got me my first agent.
A sad loss indeed.

Decent epitaph, though, if that's what she left behind.
It also had lots of her in her own words.
Fascinating to realise she was so involved in Minder, Rock Follies, Widows, Jonathan Creek, Love Soup etc.
Almost a check list of my favourite programmes. It just shows either how much she influenced them or let them have their own space.
