This isn't really a joke, but it's a line that seems to elicit great laughs from people in offices:
The setup will be something that casts doubts on a persons sexuality, i.e. a man called John may mistakenly be called the name of a female colleague, this usually results in the biting reply of:
"Only at weekends!"
God, I hate that.
