You better not be drinking James.
Son
Mum, it's what I do, you just don't understand, if you dont drink, you're just not cool. Anyway, I'm old enough.
Mother
You're 15!
Son
Yes, I bet you were drinking when you were 15.
Mother
No, I was'nt.
Son
Why? Were you working down the mill?
Mother

(SON GOES TO GET PHONE OUT OF POCKET BUT A CONDOM FALLS OUT)
Mother
That better not be what I think it is?
Son
Well (PAUSES) at least I'm protecting myself.
Mother
You're too young and you are growing up too fast. Do you even know how to use one of them?
Son
Yeah of course (PAUSES, AND THEN PICKS UP CONDOM FROM FLOOR) But I'll tell you something.
Mother
What?
Son
They should put holes in them (PAUSES) because it's bloody hard to breathe when you have got one of them on.
