Oh that's easy we just need more dead voters, and less living ones.

ROBERT
And has Hilary Clinton, paid for the election monitors we lent her?
Very good, very topical.
At that length it would be a quickie sketch and as a general rule it should be a single subject so I don't think it needs the final part of the dialogue as that is a different subject from the Zimbabwe elections.
Also ending on the "I'll get the Kalashnikov's" is quite dramatic and a much more searing indictment of the situation that Mugabe and Zimbabwe is in. Perhaps too close to the bone? I don't know, it would be a tough call. How would it work with Mugabe's "oh that's easy..." line as the end?
Don't know if you've ever seen the News Revue, they don't really go for subtle. Wouldn't send this to the Beeb. Your right about the Hilary line, me sliding a bit towards smart arseyness.
I'll chop the Hilary line a tad superfluos.
