The episode was filmed in 1995 and was included as an extra on the VHS and DVD releases but was not originally aired on UK television until 25 August 2006, when it was shown on satellite and cable channels Nickelodeon UK and Paramount Comedy 2, but remains the only full-length Mr Bean episode not to air on UK terrestrial television. The episode was even shown on the Irish television channel RTE One in 2005 before being broadcast on any British television channel.

What did everyone think of Johnny Vaughan's other sitcom effort, 'Top Buzzer', which was on Channel 5, a few years ago?

That was on MTV I believe. And it was actually good, some brilliant actors came out/or were in that.

It was shown on Channel 5 as well.

Didn't notice this one before but does it sound like it should ever have gone into production

Till I Die (ITV Pilot)
Pilot sitcom about a group of London-based Man City football fans who get the train up to Manchester each weekend to watch their team. Hat Trick have already filmed the pilot. It stars Steve Edge and former Coronation star Sally Lindsay as married fans and was written by Aschlin Ditta.

What sort of idea is that? And again it stars Steve Edge!

Are there any Man City fans outside of Manchester, other than the Gallaghers? Surely it would be funnier to do a sitcom about Man United fans, who all seem to come from outside of London.

As for Top Buzzer, it was a bit shit, although if it had gone out on bBC3 it'd probably be onto it's fourth series by now.
