I'd like to know if Sugar Puffs are admitting they were 'influenced' by the Boosh, or if they're claiming coincidence.

I think Sugar Puffs were around long before the Boosh so I don't think they were influenced by them.

Hee.

But they do look similar to Noel's round head.

You can tell they're not selling as many now, because they're the first thing you see when you walk into the spar/co-op/whatever it is now...

*pretends to be someone who knows wha they're talking about* I think it's something like that, anyway....

that is just theft. it is clearly lifted from the mighty boosh.

Zooo, I should think you've probably already seen it, but just in case you didn't - there was a thing called A Journey Through Time and Space, like a documentary about the Boosh, on BB3. It's on the Beeb iplayer and has 4 or 5 days left if you did miss it.

I love the Boosh but suing a cereal add for copying a pop culture reference (crimping) is stupid.

Hey Ian could I get a link to that doc about the Boosh?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/page/item/b009lt13.shtml

I'm not Ian but thought I'd try to send you the link - hope it works! Polly

NO! Only Ian!
I'm kidding thank you very much Puffinpol.
Damn! It won't play because I'm not in England. Maybe if I sing "God save the Queen"...
*1 minute later + realization that I don't know that song*
Nope that didn't work either apparently I need to "be" in the UK to get your sweet sweet television programing innards.
Damn it we put you're queen on our silly money, what else do they want?!
God I'm tired....zzzzzzzzzzzzz

That's a shame. You'll just have to come over! Goodnight!

It actually isn't working for me either. Maybe because so many people are downloading it? Or summink.
But the doc is repeated tonight on BBC3!! :D

Curt why don't you connect to iplayer through a British proxy?
Then you should be able to watch anything on there.

Most proxies are so impossibly slow that it wouldn't work. Could be worth trying though, if he's that interested.

That's a good point I suppose. But there are many ways of testing the speed.
If he\s that bothered anyway. I would be though.
