Ok, might be a weird subject for a thread Page 4

I was always a little curious to see what Tim was like at home, living with his parents. I suspect he just as melancholically trying to fit in with them as he was with his colleagues at the office. The one character I really would have loved to see in his personal time was Keith - though my thoughts on what he would get up to are too disturbing to write.

Wave Can there be stables?

Yep, there certainly will be. :)

(No doubt turned into a café and gift shop by the National Trust at some point down the line.)

Oh good. Stable boys it is then.

Yikes.
Maybe it's because Brent never mentioned his home (that I can remember). A brilliant way of showing he lived for his work.

...and had nothing worthwhile or substantial to fill his life with other than The Office.

We are still talking about David Brent..? :)

I'll take whatever room I can get! How classy will I sound when I tell my friends I have a summer home in Britain.

Stablemaster zooo? I suppose you'd get an 'employment couch', to 'interview' the willing young stable hands on. ;)

Steptoe's yard please. Not enough iron in my diet

I was waiting for someone to say that! Laughing out loud

Anywhere as long as it's got a sea view. What?

I reckon Starbug from Red Dwarf would be quite a fun place to live. As would the ship itself, Red Dwarf. I'd also quite like to live on Craggy Island - very peaceful.

Porridge - free food and accomodation, none of this 9 to 5 crap either. Possibility of an occasional sore backside but beggars cant be choosers.

HMS Slade was a really nice prison. Nobody ever swore and Mr Barraclough must have been the nicest Guard ever. And they were very tolerant too, how else would you explain Christopher Biggins not being shanked in the shower.

:O

For the record, Brent's house is never seen in The Office, you see him in a hotel drinking Bells whiskey after one of his 'performances' in the specials. As someone mentioned though, in the extras on the DVD you see Gervais, Merchant and Jimmy Carr (from Slough) looking for a house where Brent might live but they obviously decided not to use it.
