I'm finding it impossible to write or get anything going that doesn't ask for deletion later. How do you get your creative juices flowing?

I think there's a topic in writer's discussion about this

I'm having the same problem, partly down to work related stress.

Try watching more TV - comedy related to what you're doing.

And there is, I shall try and dig it up and refer you to it.
