Trouble with naming someone specifically is a) unless they've got a really stereotypically Jewish name and are really famous, many people won't know they're Jewish and so you don't gain anything, b) you're making the sketch less about the absurdities of the scenario and more of a personal attack, and c) that kind of specific personification and inherent focus could make it even more "obvious" (to those out to find offence) that it's anti-semitic rather than humourous. Or something. No?
