They did try to do a British version of it but it just didn't work as well.

Yeah, I never saw it, but I think it was called Days Like These, though that might be wrong. I think the Peep Show writers might have had something to do with it, but I know it was supposed to be really bad and was pulled after a few episodes.

EDIT: Actually i just had a look, I think I was wrong about the Peep Show peeps.

It never goes right when you try to do stuff like that! Think I might have to dig my DVD's out actually!Shall have a night of That's 70's show, Dogma, and good old Labyrinth to cheer myself up! Dance magic dance!

"Written by award-winning duo Bonny & Terry Turner, creators of Wayne’s World and Third Rock From The Sun, Days Like These has been adapted for British audiences by writers Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain."

Aha! Victory! I knew id read that, but it doesnt mention it on IMDB, under their names or the shows page-but I tracked it down! . . . I need to get a life.

Errr

Bah! Life is over rated!

I got really over excited the other day when I found out how to put music on facebook. I get unnecessary over the tiniest things!

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! 25% off these socks!".... I'm not allowed out on my own anymore.

Bah! Life is over rated!

Life hey; dont it drag on . . ?

It should at least have a intermission so you can go to the toilet, get some more poppets and spend £5 on a pepsi!

?!

Go to the kiosk at your local big name cinema and you will understand.

I think I was put off by the British version, and the nagging feeling they were trying to do happy days, which really jarred my sense of time and space. If they'd have been watching happy days during the episode I saw I think I might have disaapeared up my own time hole.

Also the cute dark haired girl in the US one is the voice of Meg Griffin in Family Guy.

This further worried me after discovering I fancy the voice behind Bobby Hill as well.

I'm pretty sure that they all sell decent stuff.

I.e. Coca-Cola.

I love That 70s Show! Was in my element last weekend on Paramount Comedy 1
