I'll post you an old video tape you lazy tart.
How do you know she's got the equipment to insert it in?
Quote: David Chapman @ March 6, 2008, 10:28 PMSo come on then (I hink we've probably done this before) but who watched the first episode of Doctor Who when it was first shown?
I've seen the episode but was anyone on this board alive when it first aired? That was 1963 according to IMDB.
David called Jesus "sonny boy", so it's a fair bet he saw it.
Ah, Godot Taxis, you know your Sharaz Jek from your shinola. Any colour episodes of 4 episodes or less definitely hold up today, but the black & white ones and longer stories do drag a bit now. I like most of the old series, but wasn't keen on the McCoy stories at the time, though strangely I now find most of them to be more genuine WHO than the modern soapy comedy drivel.
Some of the best Tom Baker ones, in my opinion, are:
Talons of Weng Chiang
Pyramids of Mars
Robots of Death
City of Death
Genesis of The Daleks
I got a Jon Pertwee DVD boxset at Christmas and it reminded me how good he was as well. He has such a lovely smiley face in the opening credits as well!

That's what I mean. I was there!
At the end of the first episode they turned up in the Stone Age and the following week they repeated part 1 before the second part. I remember it like it was yesterday. Well I did go to see it in my Tardis.
I was there too watching Ep 1 from under the table.
The great doctors were:
William Hartnell
Patrick Troughton
Jon Pertwee
Tom Baker
All the rest have been UTTER SHITE.. ruined it they have.
Frankie xxx
My Dad. Likes Hartnell best. I think.
P.S. zooo is angry.
I just fancy bumping this up, because DR WHO is so fantastic. I'm not wrong, am I.
