British Comedy Guide

Is it worth becoming a member of WG?

The Wriers Guild.

I'd been thinking about it but have no idea if it's worth doing. Sorry, not much help that.

I'm a member and I'd say if you either...

a) Live in or around London so can attend the regular talks and network sessions or...

b) Need help negotiating a contract

Then yes, the Guild is definitely worth joining.

asked the same question a couple of months ago. this probably doesn't help.

I think they're only any good if you're already published.
My husband was once a member and he didn't get anything out of it.

Do you want my member for £5 a month?

For £8.99 a month I would provide plenty for you to get your teeth into!
