Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons

Anyone like this show?

It's alright. Wasn't ever a huge fan of that one though.

Thunderbirds was better. Whats the point of a main character that cannot die?

Superman? (died back in the 90's but still came back alive..and it took them around 60 years to do)
Captain America? (although he did just die in 2007..it still took over 60 years of writing to do...wait I nearly the same amount of years for Sups to die...conspiracy?)
Wolverine? (Don't think he ever died...except maybe in alternate universes...BUT THOSE DON'T COUNT!)
The Hulk and a lot of others.

ye but they can die just come back lol!

Wolverine is debateable becuase of his healing powers allow him to defy the aging process and reattach limbs etc.

Its just that ohh this is a tough fight will they come out of it alive? Scarlett just drives a truck into the baddies and boom all blows up he steps out job done.

I preferred Captain Black my self.

That is true, it can be pretty annoying to watch a show knowing no matter what they'll make it out. I like it when characters die, it keeps me at the edge of my seat.

Captain Scarlet, and L00-tenant Brown, was this the gayest scifi show ever?

I remember when it started and I thought it was great. We didn't have ITV before.

I used to watch Thunderbirds when I was a kid. I watched it because there was nothing else on TV (no cable). I hated it because it replaced the Smurfs.

I loved it, along with Stingray and Thunderbirds. I think Joe 90 was quite cool to.

I found Captain Scarlet's acting a bit wooden to be honest

ajp29. Jokes guaranteed to work on at least two levels :P

"Bad" and "worse"?

:O but true :)

Laughing out loud

I went to a fancy dress party as Joe 90 once. My mother must have hated me.
