I listened to this and heard some of the worst radio acting I’ve witnessed in a long time.
Pam Ayres reads the script as though she’s reading it for the first time. She’s so bad it’s actually funny, well; it’s worth listening to the first 10mins or so.
The rest of it? Well if you like 'Terry & June' style cheesy sitcoms, it may be for you; if not…steer well clear!
