I love running, but I had to put it off these past two months because I rolled my ankle playing soccer...er...football.
I went running Page 3
No, I haven't run along the coast, but it's a good idea. I could run at Hunstanton or perhaps go mad and have a little jog at Brancaster.
I walked with my dog along the beach down to Scrane End before. Fooking knackered me out it did. But if you like that kinda stuff, the beach is a great place to run.
If I had a beach near me I would defo take the woo woo's there.

Have you got there yet?
What is the point of gymns?
I do tae bo and yoga plus a lot of treking through fields with Molly where she can play stare out with the cows. My flatmate is running with the hope of trainning for a marathon and tried to drag me into it. On the first day when I saw the rain, I told him he could sit and spin. Used to do a lot of physical theatre, dance, butoh, etc and need the tae bo and yoga to allow me to eat myself crazy with sweets!
I tried yoga for a bit.
Quite fun, but I felt a bit too much like a hippy.
Surprisingly sweat inducing and knackering though.
Sorry, I mean a 'healthy glow'. I am a lady and do not sweat.
I fell asleep during yoga. The teaher or whatever you want to call her, prodded me awake & I told her to f**k off. I was too embarrased to go back.

I have this yoga DVD where the woman has a serious camel toe issue. It has been overused by my male flatmate a lot.

I bet.
Men do like their camel toes. Thats why I am so proud of my labby. I am more a camels back.
There goes the pizza!
I have to admit I do get a bit bored of yoga but I am determind to get to a point where I am a human pretzel!

I think you can get a Babar the Elephant book of yoga.
Weird.
Are elephants known for their yogic skills?
Strangely enough you can now send kids to yoga classes as young as 3. I think I was more into ponies at that age than doing a Tadasana (Mountain pose).
