Stuff like Eric Clapp to Eric Clapton, Paul Hewson to Bono, Gordon Sumner to Sting, Anna Bullock to Tina Turner, Reg Dwight to Elton John, Chaim Witz to Gene Simmons, Cherilyn Sarkisian to Cher, Cedric Digsby to David Bowie, etc. Being a Dolly Parton fan since Rhinestone, I looked up her 'real' name and saw it was Dolly Parton.

I think her middle name was used as her first name or vice versa.
But I'll give you points if you know Jimi Hendrix's real name.
