You know the rules about lack of concentration when driving if you're having a cellphone conversation? Obviously they are making a point that you are not fully concentrating on the road but at least your eyes are open. I heard today on the news that there's talk of banning people from driving if they have colds because if you sneeze while you drive your eyes are closed. So if you are caught sneezing you could get fined.

Well it seems reasonable to me.
What happens if you sneeze over the windscreen and it's a reeeaaally bad cold?

But seriously though, if that is a real proposal, it's f**king ridiculous. How is it meant to be enforcable? It'd just be another useless piece of legislation utilised by the police to hit their conviction targets, rather than solving rapes, murders, and general crime-prevention etc etc.
If nothing else, the eyes can't be closed for much longer than when one blinks!
What about if you take your eyes off the road to read a road sign!
That could cause heaps of f**king shit.

What about taking a piss in one of them car john things, now thats an accident waiting to happen, speed bumps, pot holes, a blow out, foreskin trapped in zip whilst approaching a jumction at speed.
