Trying to economise must be a factor. I mean it's a lot cheaper to rape and murder someone than take them out for the evening and pay for a cab afterwards. Especially from the West End.

I think it's very easy to have a go a scummy people living in council estates but there are alot worse people living in the upper classes, MP's are deciteful corrupted Gluttonus bastards.
