London Underground? Health of the Nation? What a load of Londoncentric crap that is, although the rest was ok I'll give you that.

I'd get used to London-centric stuff if you want to write comedy.

I'm yet to have to go to Newcastle, or Southampton for writing reasons.

Thing is I think London Underground is a great place for people watching.

Take your point about the industry being based in London. However it doesn't mean your content has to be set in London. In fact I'm pretty sure the BBC would prefer it not to be, eg Gavin and Stacey.

I never specify where stuff is set. Just a generic city.

So I'd agree with you on that point.

Yeah, London and Manchester will be the main two BBC departments.

But most indie's are in the capital.

Does anybody else get the feeling with this that they're looking for a BBC version of Doc Martin?

Please ignore me, wrong thread.

That's Ma'am to you. And no I am not THE creator, just a wannabe puppet master. ;)

Shouldn't that be puppet-mistress then?

I'm halfway through mine by the way.

It should be but I am mastering my craft as opposed to mistressing.
