does anyone know if newsrevue has broken up for Christmas so to speak? and if so when will the show be open to submissions again?
still taking submissions but its the end of year so keep them very short
I'm working on sketches for Treason Christmas show so may be able to edit them down for newsrevue too.
Yeh send to both, but not on the same e-mail.
With Christmas both shows mostly do best of the year, so anything new has to be short and easy to learn.
One tip MB at TS suggested is, do sketches with voice overs or characters holding stuff like newspapers they can hide scripts in.
Nice tip - never thought of that before.
Only really works for late season stuff.
Never had a V/O on - could people post some V/O's they've had accepted for newsrevue or treason so I can see the tone, length etc. Thanks
