Sitcom critique swap shop

It's not a new show with Noel, or even Basil Brush.

I've got a sitcom episode I'd be grateful for some critique of, but I don't fancy posting as a lengthy single piece because I know how hard it is to read those things, and posting small chunks always begs questions about hpw it fits into the whole scheme of things. I also want to concentrate on the critique rather than risk the diversions that some critique threads on here can have (entertaining though they can be).

So, does anyone fancy swapping scripts for crit? I'm just after 2 or 3 volunteers, hopefully, who will be able to help me and maybe me them. Basically, an adult version of you show me yours and I'll show you mine.

Please send me a PM if interested.

Ta.

Questions such as 'How does this scene fit into the whole scheme of things?' are only worth asking if the scene itself screams 'This was written by someone with a significant talent for writing comedy!'

If the scene doesn't scream that, there are no questions worth asking.

If I were you, I'd post Scene 1 of your sitcom and see if people think it proclaims your talent to the world.

I think Badge has seen how things develop on here. He just wants some helpful comments without millions of posts to wade through that are more like essays.

Good idea Badge.
