Again, seems more like a one-liner than a sketch to me. I think it is a bit of an old joke too btw, but I suppose that's the nature of the beast.
There's only two lines in the bloody thing!
n.b. old jokes have a habit of coming around again. In this case Conway hiring his whole family seemed to neatly match Bush taking over form his hand, and the CLintons trying to keep it in the family.
