I've always wanted to phone up the Congo Embassy and ask if they drink Um Bongo. I suspect that they'd just hang up, so I'd keep on trying until I got an answer, damnit!

Yes but they don't specify WHICH Congo so the pedant in me asks, "Was he standing IN the river at the time of consumption?" Personally, I suspect that he wasn't. 
Doesn't Congo refer to both a river, and a country?

Then my pedantriness is satisfied. 
It refers to TWO countries (Democratic Republic of ... and Republic of ...)and a river and an awful 1995 film.
So if he was on the boat with his foot in the river, and sailed past the republic, whislt watching the not at all bad pop corn movie Congo he would be,
