Or forwards. Any kind of extreme fall could involve arse being over tit.
Or it could be someone who's an arse falling over someone who's a tit.

Didn't know she's in Dr. Who until yesterday. Didn't even know she's British until 1 or two years ago. I liked her in ER when I was young. She's got something I like about her.

I rarely watch American or British films or series in German dub these days. Especially with the British stuff half of the fun lies in the original accents and slang expressions. And these things get lost.
