It's a complex one. When ever anyone does something that can be viewed as exploitative be it selling organs, working in unsafe conditions or posing naked. You have to ask is it a real choice, or a choice born of limited options (my current fave book Never Let Me Go got me thinking on this).
Personally I absolutely loath how many TV shows are presented by twinkly old bloke and bubbly totty. Fearing the day the crystal in her palm turns black.
Aparent choice is the most iniquitous form of opression. In the most opressive states, the victims are forced to sign confessions to show they comply with whats being done to them. The current breast plant farago raises awkward questions about choices that are available and how meaningful they are.
